Insurance Valuations<\/u><\/em><\/h5>\n

In order to ensure that clients chattels are properly insured and to minimise problems that can occur in the unfortunate event of damage, fire or theft, David undertakes two types of valuation:<\/p>\n

Inventory Based Valuations \u2013 These take the form of a priced inventory of the entire or specified contents of a client\u2019s house. They are tailor made to suit an individual\u2019s particular needs and great pains are taken to ensure that\n they are presented in a clear, logical and concise manner.<\/p>\n

Valuation Reviews \u2013 These take the form of brief reports and are designed to ascertain whether or not a client has sufficient cover and that such cover is properly categorised. <\/p>\n

Initial inspections can normally be undertaken within 24 hours and on a complimentary basis.<\/p>\n


Probate Valuations<\/u><\/em><\/h5>\n

The purpose of a probate valuation is to establish the value of a deceased person\u2019s estate in order to ascertain the amount of inheritance tax payable. David is able to provide a professionally prepared valuation that will give peace\n of mind to executors, trustees and beneficiaries and will ensure that the estate is not overtaxed.<\/p>\n

Matrimonial Valuations<\/u><\/em><\/h5>\n

David\u2019s experience in this difficult field means that he is able to provide sensitively executed and clearly presented valuations designed to minimise the heartache that often accompanies the process of obtaining a divorce settlement.<\/p>\n

House Clearances<\/u><\/em><\/h5>\n

David is able to organise a complete House Clearance Service and to arrange for the contents of a property to be sold at auction.<\/p>\n

Talks, Presentations & Media<\/u><\/em><\/h5>\n

David is well known for his light hearted and informative talks and presentations to organisations such as National Trust groups, Rotary Clubs, Women\u2019s Institutes and Antiques Collectors’ Clubs. His face will be familiar to viewers\n of BBC TV’s popular ‘Flog It’ programme.<\/p>\n
